DOC HISTORY
The Disability Outreach Committee (DOC) is a grassroots organization that started in 2005 in order to provide transportation to church for a young woman in an electric wheelchair. DOC continues to create awareness to issues like these by providing a free online news journal for people with disabilities. Also, we encourage everyone with a disability to actively participate in their community and breakdown any barriers or pejudices that may exist.
